In Bergara, sunbeams simultaneously illuminate the main altar and two side altars of Santa Marina church on a single day each year.

The Lanbroa Cultural Association will provide details about this unique astronomical phenomenon at the talk and dinner event to be held this Friday at Bergara's Santa Marina church. On one specific day of the year, sunbeams entering through three windows on the west facade simultaneously illuminate the main altar and two side altars.
Entry to the talk is free, followed by the usual dinner at the Umore-Ona society. Those wishing to attend must pay 18 euros, and the number of places is limited. The deadline for registration is September 17th.
Additionally, the Lanbroa Cultural Association has a videopodcast, and in the episode published this week, association members Ander Errazti and Andoni Larrañaga provided details about the talk.
