The Oñati Abesbatza continues its 60th-anniversary commemorative program with two conferences at Kultur Etxea, exploring the choir's history and the scientific dimension of music.

The Oñati Abesbatza is continuing its extensive program to commemorate its 60th anniversary. As part of this event, two conferences have been organized at the Kultur Etxea, aiming to provide a complementary perspective on the choir's musical activities. These talks will delve into the choir's historical journey and the scientific dimension of music.
The first event will take place this Tuesday, at 7:30 PM. José Antonio Azpiazu, a historian, anthropologist, and member of the choir, will explore the history of the veteran choir and the milestones that have marked its trajectory.
The second lecture is scheduled for April 28, at the same venue and time. Gurutz Linazasoro, a neurologist and renowned popularizer, will present a talk titled 'Brain and Music', focusing on the effects and influence of music on brain activity.
