Starting at noon, the center of Arrasate offered a taste of the continent. The fair featured dishes ranging from Colombian arepas to traditional Nicaraguan and Peruvian specialties, including meat empanadas and various sweets.
The event included local artisans, such as a soap and perfume maker from Eskoriatza, who emphasized the importance of fostering friendship between cultures to build a diverse and healthy society.
The afternoon was enlivened by salsa, merengue, and cumbia rhythms performed by the group Nueva Generacion. Beyond the festivities, the event served as a platform to highlight the integration of migrants and their cultural contribution to the town.
