Developed under the Talentua Ernatu program of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council, the project links business strategy with talent planning. It enables organizations to identify critical skills, manage retirements, and analyze career paths to address challenges like artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
The methodology focuses on long-term strategic competencies rather than just filling vacancies. A pilot project with ATE Informática successfully validated the model, helping the company transition from natural talent management to a structured, long-term strategic approach.
The initiative provides companies with a diagnostic and an action plan for internal training, new hires, or external collaborations. GAIA aims to implement this specialized support across more technology firms to boost sector competitiveness.
