Arrasate's Emakume Txokoa hosts the talk 'Somos visibles, ¿y ahora qué?' today, as part of its LGTBIQ+ program, to share local experiences and future challenges.

This afternoon, at the Emakume Txokoa in Arrasate, starting at 18:30, a panel discussion titled 'Somos visibles, ¿y ahora qué? Voces LGTBIQ+ de Arrasate' will take place. This session will offer the opportunity to learn firsthand about the experiences and testimonies of three individuals from the municipality: Ane, Oihan, and La Furia. The conversation will be moderated by Kattalin Miner.
The main objectives of this activity are to make the diverse realities in Arrasate visible, strengthen the community, and analyze future needs and challenges. After the panel discussion concludes, to round off the afternoon pleasantly, there will be music by a DJ and a lunch for all attendees.
This initiative arose from the LGTBIQ+ diagnosis conducted last year in the town. Following the positive results obtained in the first edition, this year a program has also been prepared with the aim of centering local voices.
After tomorrow's session at the Emakume Txokoa, the program will conclude on June 28, International LGTBIQ+ Pride Day. On that day, a rally (at 12:30 in the Plaza del Pueblo) and a musical queer-poteo will be held, convened by the collective Morbor.
