The Arrasate City Council has announced the start of new asphalt works from today in Musakola and next week in Martxoak 8 Street, with the aim of improving roads and ensuring safety in the municipality.

The first phase of the works will begin today, carried out by the company Orsa. The asphalt paving will take place on the public road that connects to the service area, the industrial estate, and the rural neighborhoods of Musakola.
The works are expected to last approximately four to five days. During this period, the road will not be closed, but flaggers will be present at all times to regulate vehicle traffic. It will be essential to leave the parking spaces on that road free to carry out the works correctly.
If weather conditions permit, asphalt works will continue next week in two other areas. Firstly, on Martxoak 8 Street, next Monday, May 18, a pedestrian crossing next to the Gipuzkoa Avenue roundabout will be adapted with new asphalt to comply with regulations. This work will last two days, and traffic will be managed by flaggers, without closing the road.
Additionally, asphalt works will be carried out in Sailuente Square, in Musakola, on May 18, 19, and 20. Several areas of this square will be paved. In this case, all parking spaces in Sailuente must be left free during the works. Consequently, vehicles will not be able to enter or exit the square. All these works are subject to weather conditions, as they will have to be interrupted in case of rain.
