The Antzuola-Palestina association has warned about the dangers of imperialist wars, stating that they attack the sovereignty of peoples, and has denounced the ongoing genocide and forced displacements in Palestine.
Members of the association have emphasized that the genocide in Palestine continues, and that Zionist policies have caused the forced displacement of its inhabitants. They added that attacks have intensified since the beginning of the war against Iran.
“
"Shootings, fires in homes and cars, destruction of olive harvests, cattle theft... In a word, they continue to destroy the future of Palestinians."
They have also rejected the actions of Israel's Zionist policies, such as the law to facilitate the death penalty against Palestinian prisoners, the annexation of southern Lebanon and part of Syria, and Netanyahu's statement not to accept any peace agreement in Lebanon.
Other international conflicts have also been recalled, including those in Ukraine, Iran, Cuba, and Venezuela. The association has made it clear that in denouncing these situations, they do not defend the nature of the governments of the attacked peoples, but rather that major powers, the most armed, have no right to forcibly impose the future of other peoples.
“
"The West is only concerned about the impact on our economy and living conditions, making clear our ethical ground, looking more at our pockets than at the lack of ethics and illegality of war."
Finally, they have called for vigilance regarding the efforts of the governments of France and Germany to re-establish compulsory military service, and have recalled that Antzuola is against militarism. They emphasized that in the past they also opposed compulsory military service and that thanks to the struggle of the youth at that time, it was suspended.
