The town of Soraluze will be filled with music from May 4th to 9th during Musika Astea (Music Week). This initiative, which aims to make music the central theme, is organized by the Soraluze Music School.
The program offers a varied agenda of courses and concerts designed to delight the residents of Soraluze. The week will kick off on May 4th with a workshop titled “Perkusio herrikoia” (Traditional Percussion). The following day, another course focusing on Musescore will be held, accompanied by an audition of flute, bagpipes, and txistu.
There will also be activities for the youngest attendees. On May 6th, the Soraluze Music School's agenda continues with the musical story “Anabasa pentagramaenean!!!” and a recital featuring euphonium, trombone, trumpet, saxophone, and clarinet, followed by another performance of piano, guitar, and violin. On May 7th, an open session at Katamarran will focus on music for early ages (0-1 years; 2-4 years).
Seniors will also have their place in Musika Astea. On May 8th, a gathering for those over 55 will take place at the music school building, along with a cello concert. The program will conclude on May 9th with Sorafolk, a string instrument gathering held in the town.
