The Citizen Attention Service (HAZ) in Elgoibar has introduced a new state-of-the-art interactive terminal aimed at simplifying citizens' interactions with digital administration. This service aims to decentralize support and improve accessibility, allowing individuals to manage their documents independently.
A key advantage of this new service point, located at the HAZ office at 2 Santa Ana street, is its user-friendly design. It eliminates the need for users to navigate complex online procedures from home or endure long waits for minor administrative tasks.
The City Council has stated that the PAD terminal allows for the renewal of electronic DNI certificates in under two minutes, changing the document's security PIN, and providing immediate support for configuring the MiDNI mobile application.
MiDNI, an application developed by the National Police, enables users to carry their DNI on their mobile phones. This app offers the same functionalities and security as the physical ID card, serving as a definitive identity verification tool and allowing, among other uses, the signing of deeds before a notary.
