The event offers citizens the opportunity to learn more about Eibar's history and identity, and to reflect on its future during the traditional walk from the 'steps' to Arrate. The aim is to foster a collective reflection around the question: "What kind of Eibar do we want in 2050?".
The route will include three stops. The first will focus on Eibar's history and heritage, guided by historian Jesús Gutiérrez, who will present key events, places, and elements that have shaped the city's evolution.
At the second stop, Tekniker will showcase some of its technology and innovation projects, highlighting its close connection to Eibar's industrial tradition. Here, Zaporeak will offer a snack and water bottles for five euros, adding a gastronomic and solidarity component, and will also provide collection boxes for donations.
The third stop will feature a short questionnaire for participants, entering them into a raffle. The prize is a guided tour of Tekniker's facilities, allowing a deeper exploration of their technologies and work areas.
For those wishing to join the guided walk led by the Eibar Sports Club, three groups will be organized, departing at 09:30, 10:00, and 10:30.
