The fourth edition of the 'Txapelas' memorial, held in remembrance of José Miguel Larrea Madinabeitia, served as a tribute to the career of Pedro Amurrio. He has led the Gure Auzune handball club for 50 years, having founded it in 1976.

The event was a festive occasion for handball enthusiasts in Álava. The day featured matches between veteran players, the participation of two invited Catalan teams, and a friendly duel between the club's first team and the Arrasate squad.
