The festive group Dantza Lagunak of Amurrio commemorated its 60-year journey today with dance and an emotional event. Founded in 1966 by a group of friends, the group first participated in the town's festivities in 1967.

The group members have organized a full day of activities, but the central focus of the celebration has been the individual tribute to the founders of the festive group and all those who have represented it throughout these 60 long years.

Following today's celebration, the members of Dantza Lagunak will turn their attention to the August festivities. To this end, they have publicly introduced the two members who will represent the group and the festivities this year, aiming to build anticipation.
