The Aiara Festivities are set to commence on Friday, April 24th, with the proclamation by Maitane Perez Gomez, featuring a comprehensive five-day program across Arespalditza, Kexaa, and Luiaondo.

The official start of the celebrations will follow Maitane Perez Gomez's proclamation, with a Basque dance exhibition by Aiara Dantza Taldea. In the evening, the Elektrotxaranga and Jonkass will provide entertainment. Jonkass, former singer of the romería group Akerbeltz, is launching his new project while maintaining the romería and verbena style. The first day of festivities will conclude with DJ Blessive in the early hours.
Over the following days, traditional activities will include inflatables and games for children, sports events, and concerts. On Saturday, April 25th, the Jesus Isasi Memorial cycling race for cadets and the Euskal Jaia will take place, featuring the itinerant show Barre bidean. In the evening, the Gautegun romería and DJ Sospechoso de Spam will provide musical entertainment.
On Sunday, April 26th, there will be traditional Basque sports (herri kirolak) and bowling in Kexaa, as well as a meal and dances for seniors at the Oleta restaurant in Luiaondo. On Monday, April 27th, the film Las invisibles will be screened. The festivities will culminate on Tuesday, April 28th, with the regional market, the drum parade by the children of Etxaurren Ikastola, a dance square with Patxi Perez, and a black pudding tasting.
The Aiara City Council will provide a bus service on Friday and Saturday to facilitate residents' access to the celebrations.
