Organized by the Azkoitiko Txerloia tennis club, the finals of the Domusa Teknik Azkoitia Open tournament were played yesterday, Saturday, at the Txerloia tennis courts. The champions across the tournament's five categories were decided this weekend.
In the mixed category, the gold level saw Unai Alkorta triumph over Aitor Magallanes with a score of 6-6 and 4-1. In the silver level, Iñigo Ziarsolo emerged victorious against Danel Zabala (6-6, 1-4). Meanwhile, in the bronze level, Noah Muxika defeated Unai Azkune with a score of 6-3-10 to 3-6-8.
In the women's finals, the silver level saw Maialen Agirre win against Intza Zubizarreta by 6-6 and 4-4. In the bronze level, Lur Muxika was dominant against Enara Etxaniz, with a score of 6-6 and 1-1.
The Domusa Teknik Azkoitia Open began in early May at the Txerloia tennis courts, and a total of 67 tennis players participated.
