Although the Azkena Rock Festival temporarily shifts the usual routines for many venues in the Álava capital, parallel to the events at Mendizabala, other rock-focused performances can be enjoyed during these days. This includes concerts at venues such as Hell Dorado and Urban Rock Concept.
This Thursday itself serves as a prime example with the celebration of the Osteguna Rock Festival. However, the musical offerings don't end there, especially considering that neighborhoods like Judimendi are in the midst of their local festivals, which also feature a variety of performances.
Both within and outside the dedicated rock scene, on Friday, Blue Jam will perform at Jardín de Falerina, Coverage at Level Up, Skaribe at La Musa, and ensembles from the Luis Aramburu school at the Jimmy Jazz venue.
Nevertheless, Saturday is poised to be the day with the most concentrated proposals. Muteall Dj will kick things off at midday from Trafalgar, with other acts including Ojjo at El Abuelo, Ravagers at the Vermut Sessions of Hell Dorado, Acoustic For All at Toloño, Nena y Los Broncos at Elizondo, Nando Fausto at Iguana, Flecha and Dr J at The Tap, and Lautada alongside Punkaraoke at LaGrange. This, of course, does not even account for the performances scheduled in other parts of Álava.
On Sunday, Ratio Rock is scheduled to play at Tres Arcos, and Nick Dittmeier & The Sawdusters will provide the evening's closing performance at the Urban Rock venue.
