Urrestilla's San Juan festivities were filled with music and events, offering a great atmosphere for residents that will continue throughout the weekend.

Around midnight, thermometers in Urrestilla registered around 25 degrees, marking the most pleasant part of the day. Fueled by the night atmosphere and the desire for celebration, a large group of young people gathered in the square, accompanied by live music. Solo artist Aiama from Bermeo (Bizkaia) was the first to take the stage around 20:00. The romeria group Fan&Go from Zarautz took over from her until midnight, and DJ Indate continued the festivities thereafter.
Although yesterday was the main day of the San Juan festivities, the celebrations will continue without interruption until tomorrow evening. Today, Thursday, San Joan Txiki Eguna will be celebrated, and as the name suggests, children will be the protagonists, especially in the afternoon. Before that, until midday, there will be a cider tasting, and after lunch, a mus tournament.
Tomorrow, Friday, San Joan Hirugarrena will be celebrated. The program includes children's games starting at 17:00. Afterwards, there will be a potato tortilla competition, followed by the 'burial of the tree' to conclude the festivities.
