Organized by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, this activity is aimed at individuals over 16 years old. Those interested in participating must register from September 7th to 10th through the web form. A maximum of 20 people can attend, selected by lottery.
The course will be taught in Basque in the Workshop Room on the 2nd floor of the Foral Library. Access will require presenting a DNI, passport, or Library card. Registrations can only be completed online; requests made in person on the ground floor of the Foral Library will not be accepted.
A link is available to download the course program and a video to view the announcement. Participants must accept the lottery's terms and conditions, which can be consulted via a specific link. The room's furniture will not be moved, and the room will be ventilated using air conditioning.
