El Último de la Fila made a triumphant return in Fuengirola, 30 years after their last performance, and will hold two sold-out concerts in Bizkaia.

Before nearly 19,000 people and after 30 years without sharing a stage, the long-awaited return of El Último de la Fila came to life last night at Fuengirola's Castle Park, as part of the Marenostrum series. The legendary duo's comeback tour began in the Andalusian city, where they performed almost thirty songs, including all their classics. Their two dates in Bizkaia will take place on May 30 and June 5, at the Bizkaia Arena in Barakaldo's BEC, with all tickets sold out.

"We are delighted to be here, your energy is palpable, thank you very much. I would love to have a magic wand and be playing down there with you."

Marenostrum Fuengirola hosted a unique and highly anticipated event last night on the shores of the Mediterranean, beneath the silhouette of Sohail Castle, on the Unicaja stage. There, Manolo García and Quimi Portet began a tour that marks the starting point for the return of one of the most influential Spanish pop-rock bands of all time.
Hours before the concert, the venue already had a distinct atmosphere. It wasn't just anticipation—of which there was plenty—but the shared certainty of witnessing an unrepeatable moment. Indeed, over 18,500 people sold out tickets in record time almost a year ago, confirming that El Último de la Fila's return was not just news: it was a generational event that transcended the musical sphere itself.
The meticulously designed show respected the group's essence while also embracing the magnitude of the moment. According to the concert promoters, “impeccable sound, an immersive visual production, and a staging where silver fish were the protagonists, shaped a night that confirmed why El Último de la Fila continues to hold a privileged place in our country's musical history.”
