The BAT International Entrepreneurship Center in Bizkaia has launched six new open innovation challenges in collaboration with established companies in the region to promote partnerships with technological startups.

This initiative, driven by the Bizkaia Provincial Council and the Bilbao City Council, aims to link real business challenges with technological solutions developed by international startups. The calls, promoted alongside companies such as Elecnor, Arteche, Repsol, Eroski, Altuna y Uria, and ARIN Technologies, are structured as defined collaborative processes.
Participating companies define specific needs and open an international call to identify startups capable of providing applicable solutions in real-world environments. Following the analysis and selection of candidates, the finalist initiatives will work with the corporations to validate their proposals and present them at the third edition of B Acceleration Week, scheduled for June 25 and 26.
The application period is currently open, and submissions will be accepted until May 3.
