Mikel Erentxun and Gozategi headline the musical weekend in Irun

Irun is set for a vibrant musical weekend featuring concerts by Mikel Erentxun, celebrating Duncan Dhu's anniversary, and the band Gozategi.

This weekend, music takes center stage in Irun with two prominent acts: Mikel Erentxun and Gozategi. Erentxun will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Duncan Dhu on Friday at the San Juan square, starting at 22:30. As part of his tour, the musician will revisit the band's greatest hits, including 'Cien gaviotas' and 'En algún lugar'.
An earlier musical event is scheduled for Friday at 20:00 in the Santiago fronton. The choir Náyade Abesbatza, led by Alaitz Urkia, will present its customary performance for the residents as part of the festivities.
On Saturday, the musical program continues at noon, 12:00, with Rockalean, who will perform street-level shows from the Luis Mariano area to San Juan. In the afternoon, at 19:00, the initiative Irun Kantuan, by Txorimaloak Soinu Taldea, will take place around the Old Hospital area and Urdanibia square.
The weekend concludes with a major concert by Gozategi at the Urdanibia square at 22:30. Local group Folkesí will perform as the opening act starting at 21:00.
