The FAIN group has incorporated Omega Urban, Viguam, and Bertako over the past year, three companies active in Álava, allowing it to surpass 2,000 elevators under maintenance in the territory, according to company data.

This move has a significant impact in Vitoria-Gasteiz, where elevators are a daily reality for a large portion of the residential housing stock. According to information released by FAIN, 54.6% of buildings in the Alavese capital have an elevator.
The operation positions FAIN as the second-largest operator by maintenance volume in Álava. This reflects a consolidation process in a sector closely tied to the daily functioning of thousands of building entrances, homeowner associations, and urban properties in both Gasteiz and the rest of the territory.
Beyond the business dimension, these integrations occur in a market linked to periodic reviews, technical inspections, equipment modernization, and accessibility improvements in residential buildings, a particularly relevant issue in a city like Vitoria-Gasteiz.
