The agreement provides students with a municipal space suitable for developing artistic and educational activities, promoting their participation and contributing to their personal, creative, and social development.
The Zaraobe Institute has an 'Aula Estable' (Stable Classroom), a specific educational resource offering inclusive and adapted attention. This agreement will integrate the use of the painting workshop into the Aula Estable's activities, expanding the resources available for learning and skill development.
Through this collaboration, students will be able to use the Art School's facilities as a complementary part of their education, engaging in artistic expression activities within an environment tailored to their needs.
Monika Arbaiza, the Councilor for Education, highlighted the importance of such collaborations: “We want municipal resources to serve all citizens and also to be spaces for learning and participation for students with special educational needs. This agreement allows us to move towards more inclusive education and offer new opportunities for their creativity and autonomy.”
The agreement underscores the Amurrio Town Hall's commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities, as well as its willingness to collaborate with the municipality's educational centers to create resources that foster the participation of all students in the social and cultural life of Amurrio.
This collaboration represents an opportunity to bring municipal resources closer to the educational sphere and promote access to culture and artistic creation from an inclusive perspective.
