Miren Fernández de Landa, councilor for Open Government and Civic Centers, will present the 10th anniversary of HEI Escuela Abierta and the activities for the first quarter of the 2026-27 academic year at 10:00 AM, in the press room of the Casa Consistorial.
Subsequently, at 11:00 AM, on Avenida de Gasteiz (Gerardo Armesto square), a new cycle lane will be presented as part of the VG Hobetuz project. Participants will include Maider Etxebarria, Mayor of Vitoria-Gasteiz; Beatriz Artolazabal, councilor for Public Space and Neighborhoods; and Miren Fernández de Landa, councilor for Open Government and Civic Centers.
Finally, at 11:30 AM, at the Museo de los Faroles, the concert «La Música del silencio» by the Municipal Music Band and the Manuel Iradier Choir will be presented. Attendees will include Sonia Díaz de Corcuera, councilor for Culture and Education; Luis Orduña, director of the Municipal Band; Ricardo Sáez de Heredia, emeritus choirmaster of the Cofradía de la Virgen Blanca; and Estíbaliz Delgado and Leire Betolaza, co-directors of the Manuel Iradier Choir.
