An unusual sight graced the skies of Vitoria-Gasteiz this Tuesday as five hot air balloons, belonging to The Balloon Company, flew over the city early in the morning, creating a surprising spectacle.

The aircraft took off from the Mendizabala area and landed near Durana. The flight, lasting about 20 minutes, caught the attention of residents in various neighborhoods.

This was not a conventional tourist flight but rather a recording for a documentary titled ‘The World in a Basket’. One of the identified balloons, registration EC-MBB, is an Ultramagic M-77 model manufactured in 2014.

Favorable weather conditions, with clear skies and a gentle breeze, facilitated the aircraft's movement, sparking surprise among those who observed the scene from different parts of the city.
