Zarautz will host thousands of people, predominantly teenagers, on its promenade this Friday for the Los 40 Summer Live festival. This is the only stop in the Basque Country and will kick off at 9:00 PM, near La Dama, with free admission.
The festival lineup includes popular artists among young audiences such as Bombai, Vicco, Lola Tuduri, La Beba, and Pikete. Vicco, known for her hit song 'Nochentera', is a major draw after achieving platinum status.
The Valencian trio Bombai will present their blend of pop, surf, reggae, and rock. Also performing are Galician trapper Pikete, La Beba with singles like 'M4TR1X', and emerging singer Lola Tuduri. The event combines established artists with new national and urban music talents.
DJ David Álvarez will serve as the master of ceremonies, supported by local Amaia Jackson. Last year's event attracted around 10,000 attendees, and the tour spans 22 municipalities across Spain.
The concert has faced some local opposition in Zarautz, with plans for parallel events. The City Council has arranged a special night train service to facilitate attendance.
