The Holz Und Blech association has issued a very positive assessment following the celebration of the tenth anniversary of its festival. After adjusting all music and sound equipment, the organizers expressed being "very pleased" with the response received for this edition, which marks a decade of this annual event held in tribute to electronic music enthusiast Zuhaitz Urain Zizu.
Since Thursday, when the festival began with an event in memory of Zizu, more than 40 disc jockeys, both from Euskal Herria and internationally, have offered live sessions across fifteen different stages or areas in the town. Due to adverse weather forecasts, the Goiko Losa area had to be canceled on Saturday, and its sessions were relocated to the Matadei hall. However, the association stated that the public responded "well" to these changes, filling the Matadei hall for two days.
“"The festival has gained prestige, and people have valued it. This edition has been an example of that."
The organizers emphasized that the festival, once again, gathered a large number of fans, and for this tenth edition, "many" came from outside the locality. The artists themselves also expressed being "happy and grateful" for the experience at the festival, adding that the response received from them was also "very good".
Finally, the association highlighted that both the stages and the bar areas functioned "well", as all contributed to the festival's success. Therefore, Holz Und Blech has thanked everyone who collaborated in making the festival a reality and all the fans who attended.
