The training sessions, held yesterday, were aimed at various professional profiles and managers from industrial companies in the region. The goal was to move beyond general knowledge of this technology and delve into the opportunities that Generative AI offers for daily job functions.
To achieve this, the workshops were organized according to three professional profiles, to address use cases tailored to the reality of each area within the company. The first session targeted marketing, sales, customer service, and after-sales profiles, with 13 representatives from 6 companies participating. The second session focused on professionals in technical office, production, warehouse, and quality departments, bringing together 16 participants from 6 companies. The third session was aimed at management, finance, purchasing, and innovation managers, with the participation of 7 representatives from 6 companies.
A key focus of all three sessions was their practical and applied nature. Participants had the opportunity to directly explore and test Generative AI tools, identifying potential uses for this technology in their specific roles or departments. This approach aimed to bring the technology closer to the daily reality of each company, beyond generic applications.
The sessions demonstrated that Generative AI offers opportunities for application across various sectors of industrial companies. The key to leveraging this technology, it was highlighted, lies in identifying use cases tailored to the specific needs of each company and professional profile.
These workshops are part of the efforts by Iraurgi Berritzen to strengthen the technological-digital transition and competitiveness of industrial companies in the region, assisting them in integrating new technologies practically and effectively into their daily operations.
