The PNV has underscored the strategic importance of industry for the economic development of Bizkaia and Euskadi, following visits by the lehendakari, Imanol Pradales, and the deputy general, Elixabete Etxanobe, to Lointek facilities in Urduliz.

The PNV party considers that these institutional meetings acknowledge the work carried out by companies like Lointek in areas such as innovation, internationalization, and the generation of stable, quality employment. They highlight that the company represents "an example of the industrial and economic potential of Uribe Kosta" and recall that the region "not only has a residential character but also a relevant business fabric for the economy".
Therefore, they argue that "strengthening industry must remain a priority" through policies that promote investment, innovation, specialized training, and job creation.
Furthermore, they advocate for consolidating "an attractive environment" for businesses based on stability, public-private collaboration, infrastructure, and a close relationship with the productive sector.
Finally, they point out that "industrial growth requires planning, dialogue, and continued support for those who generate economic activity and employment".
