Arrieta's governing team has announced that 90% of its legislative projects are either completed or underway, incorporating new actions to meet the evolving needs of residents.

With less than a year remaining in the legislature, Arrieta's governing team has reported that 90% of its projects are either executed or in progress. The local jeltzale party has highlighted the high degree of compliance with commitments made at the beginning of the mandate, noting that new initiatives have been added based on direct feedback from residents.

"We committed to a clear project for Arrieta, and today we can say that we are fulfilling it. Furthermore, we have successfully incorporated new needs expressed by the residents."

One of the most significant achievements of the legislature has been the recovery of Arrietako Botika, the pharmacy service, which is essential for the municipality. In the educational and work-life balance sphere, the Town Council is working on expanding places in the haurreskola (nursery school) to meet new family demands, and its service has been reinforced along with the play library during periods such as Christmas and Easter.

"We want Arrieta to be a place where families can develop their life projects with adequate and accessible services. That is one of our priorities."

Mobility has also been a key focus of work over the past three years. The Auzotaxi service is already operational, facilitating travel within the municipality, which directly translates into an improved quality of life. Additionally, work is underway with the Provincial Council to enhance the Bizkaibus service, aiming to extend operating hours and include Sundays.

"No one should be left behind due to lack of transport. We continue to work to improve connections and facilitate the daily lives of Arrieta residents."

Municipal action has also focused on neighborhoods during these years, with improvements and maintenance of roads and water supply. Furthermore, an agreement has been reached with the Provincial Council to recover ownership of public mountains, which are once again municipal property. Finally, cultural and sports activities have also been strengthened, combining traditions such as ox-pulling competitions or herri kirolak (traditional Basque sports) with reference events like the Bizkaia Kopa Trail or the Itzulia.
