The band Zetak is experiencing a career highlight with its Mitoaroa III show at Bilbao's San Mamés stadium, attracting over 80,000 spectators.

The group led by Pello Reparaz has made history in Basque music by selling out Bilbao's San Mamés stadium for two consecutive nights with their Mitoaroa III performance, drawing more than 80,000 attendees to a show performed entirely in Basque.
The event attracted a diverse audience, including music journalist Arturo Paniagua, who shared his experience with over 100,000 followers. Paniagua highlighted the show's visual and narrative power, likening its intensity to that of La Fura dels Baus.

"This is theater, it's a rave... It has the tension and drama of an opera and the visual force of La Fura dels Baus. It's a narrative effort not often seen. A story told from beginning to end, with characters and a script."

After the show, Paniagua expressed his admiration: "A celebration full of free people. 40,000 people per night celebrating who they are. When it all explodes at the end, you realize what you've just witnessed. I'm clear on this: it's the most ambitious show I've seen in a long time." The journalist emphasized that the experience was about feeling the Basque language, not necessarily understanding it.

"Actually, today wasn't about understanding Basque, it was about feeling it. It was a truly emotional night. Thank you, Peio."

Zetak, boasting 220,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, has seen continuous growth since its inception in 2019. The fusion of electronic music with elements of Basque tradition, as showcased in their latest album Aaztiyen (2023), has propelled the Navarrese group to the forefront of the Basque music scene.
Pello Reparaz, also known for his previous band Vendetta, has noted that his current music with Zetak significantly differs from his earlier work. He explained that Vendetta disbanded due to artistic differences and the need to pursue separate creative paths.
