Madalen Etxegarai and Enara Gaminde secured their first points of the weekend in the San Fermín tournament of the Emakume Master Cup, triumphing in Usurbil against Olatz Arrizabalaga and Arrillaga. The match remained close until the fifteenth point, after which the 'coloradas' displayed a more solid and complete performance, with notable work from the Oñati-based fronton player.
Meanwhile, the current champions, Goiuri Zabaleta and Itxaso Erasun, demonstrated their dominance in Derio, overcoming Insausti-Zabala with a decisive 22-7 score. The player from Zizurkil controlled her area, creating opportunities for the player from Leitza to finish points in the front court.

A round-robin league will be played in each group, with the top two pairs from each advancing to the semifinals in Doneztebe. The San Fermín Tournament will visit locations such as Aretxabaleta, Tafalla, Derio, Usurbil, Berriz, Eskoriatza, Galdakao, Aranguren, Arrigorriaga, Ansoain, Burlada, and Zizurkil. The final is scheduled to take place at the Labrit fronton in Iruñea on July 11th.
