Etxebarri will celebrate its cultural diversity and richness on the upcoming 26th and 27th of September through the "Herrien Eguna" event, to be held in Zintururi. During these two days, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various cultural and gastronomic activities.
On Saturday, September 26th, the festivities will kick off at 17:30 with gastronomic activities, offering visitors a chance to taste a variety of pintxos, including octopus, filloas, mini-hamburgers, huesitos, floretas, moruno skewer, txistorra, and Galician keimada.
Cultural activities will commence at 18:00 with a flamenco workshop led by La Pulga. Following this, at 18:45, an African percussion workshop will take place. After the workshops, the musical program will take over at 19:30 with a performance by La Pulga, and the first day will conclude at 21:30 with a concert by Jorge Cánovas and his group Malas Compañías.
On Sunday, September 27th, the day will begin at 10:00 with a txalaparta workshop, followed by an African dance show. At 12:30, the event will host performances by Bekosolo Dantza Taldea, along with a txalaparta demonstration and a short erromeria (folk dance).
The event will close with a gastronomic offering that includes a talos workshop and a tasting of Andalusian gazpacho, Extremaduran migas, and garlic and tomato soup.
