The Legorreta Town Council has released two new grant programs: one for funding Basque language studies and another for obtaining leisure activity monitor and director titles.

The application periods are now open. Applications for grants for taking Basque language courses can be submitted until September 30th. These subsidies will cover courses taken between September 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, and it will be essential to present proof of course completion.
Furthermore, the council also offers funding for leisure activity monitor and director courses conducted in Basque. In this case, the deadline for submitting applications will be October 31st. Both calls are aimed at citizens with the goal of promoting the use of Basque and leisure education within the municipality.
More detailed information and application forms can be found on the Legorreta Town Council website.
