Organized by the Judo Legazpi club, the Urbeltz fronton became a meeting point for young judokas from Euskal Herria, La Rioja, Cantabria, Aragon, and Andorra. In this fifth edition of the championship, 155 judokas from 35 clubs competed, and along with their families and friends, more than 400 people gathered around this sporting event.
Following a cadet-level championship held in March, this edition focused on the children's category, for those born in 2012 and 2013. Local judokas also participated, achieving notable results. They secured two gold medals and one bronze.

Club officials have expressed their satisfaction with the results of the local athletes and the organization of the tournament. They have also thanked the city council for allowing the use of Urbeltz, as well as all sponsors and collaborators, including the bars Kukue and Goiherri, the fruit shop Sustrai, and the restaurant Aitxuri. After this successful edition, they are already looking forward to the next one.
