This year marks 100 years since the birth of Joxe Miel Iztueta Lazkao Txiki. To commemorate him, Hitzetik Hortzera has brought together Inaxio Usarralde and Joxepa Madariaga for its season-ending broadcast. Additionally, the best bertso performances from the Lazkao bertso lunch will be featured.

Usarralde and Madariaga, members of the Gerriko Association of Lazkao, remember Lazkao Txiki with affection and admiration. They state that his figure is very present in Lazkao, with his verses and anecdotes often mentioned in daily conversations.

The program will also showcase segments from the Lazkao bertso lunch, featuring performances by Aitor Sarriegi, June Aiestaran, and Nerea Elustondo. Alongside these, several of Lazkao Txiki's own bertso performances will be shown, along with those of bertsolaris who sang with him, such as Imanol Lazkano, Joxe Agirre, Xabier Amuriza, and Xabier Euzkitze.

The broadcast will take place on Saturday evening, at 9:00 PM.
