Idiazabal hosts a Guinean dance workshop

The Txomenarena park will host a free dance and live music session on July 2nd.

The Idiazabal City Council has organized a free workshop on Guinean dances for July 2nd at Txomenarena park, aiming to promote cultural diversity within the community.

As part of the Idiazabal Anitza project, attendees will have the opportunity to learn basic movements of Guinean dances. The session starts at 5:00 PM and is open to people of all ages and experience levels.
The session will be led by Maddi Kazabon. Participants will also enjoy live music provided by musicians Yamoussa and Cara Camara.
According to the local council, this initiative aims to highlight local diversity and build a more cohesive community. Participation is free and no prior dance experience is necessary.
