Beasain City Council and local social agents have presented the new season of the 'Ondo ibili, ondo izan' program, which will begin this September 24th from Gernika promenade.

This initiative, created in 2012, aims to care for the physical and emotional health of residents, specifically attracting inactive people to physical activity. With the support of the Sports Orientation Service of Antzizar sports center and the Beasain Health Center, the routes are designed to be safe and adaptable to any ability.
The program seeks to strengthen community cohesion, combating loneliness and fostering closeness among citizens. During the weekly outings, participants will be able to receive advice from health experts in addition to performing physical exercise.
Starting in November, health-related talks will be organized on the last Thursday of each month. The Sports Orientation Service offers personalized advice every Monday at the Beasain Health Center as a preventive tool against sedentary lifestyles.
