In the individual full-court match, the defeat occurred with a score of eight to twenty. In the doubles match, the result was sixteen to twenty, while in the individual match within the seven-meter line, the score was eleven to twenty.

Representing Errenteria were Arregi (full-court), Arizmendi and Aizkorreta (doubles), and Murua (individual within the seven-meter line). Although the local pelota players put up a fight, the skill of brothers Alain and Aratz Luixa, who played the individual matches for Anoeta, tipped the scales in their favor. The return matches will be held this weekend in the town of Anoeta.

Furthermore, despite the difficulty of recovering the points lost against Anoeta, the Errenteria team will have another opportunity in the Interpueblos tournament, this time in the tool modality. It is worth noting that the pelota players in this category will begin their competition on the weekend of May 24 in the quarterfinals, playing away against the winner of the elimination round between Zumaia and Oiartzun.
