The return match took place on Saturday at San Roque, where the Biscayan team emerged victorious with a score of 43-26. Building on their 18-35 win from the first leg in Mojategi, Elorrio advances, marking the end of Arrasate's journey this season.
The game quickly turned against Kanpanzar Arrasate, with the home team leading 14-0 by the quarter-hour mark. Tries from captain Xabi Gardoki and Ibai Portalo, along with conversions, brought Arrasate closer, but Elorrio soon regained the lead with another try.
Just before halftime, Elorrio scored again to go into the break with a 31-14 advantage. At the start of the second half, the hosts extended their lead with another try (36-14), putting the tie firmly in their favor.
Despite the challenging situation, the Arrasate team attempted to get back into the game. Enaitz Solabarrieta scored their fourth try (36-19), sparking some hope, but overturning the aggregate score proved to be a significant challenge.
As the match neared its end, Elorrio scored another try (43-19), extinguishing any remaining hopes. Although late tries from Dolar and a conversion by Abarrategi slightly improved the scoreline to a final 43-26, it was not enough to change the outcome of the tie.
