The main objective of this initiative is to review the work carried out in recent years and directly inform citizens about the degree of fulfillment of the commitments made at the beginning of the legislature by EH Bildu and Elkarrekin Arrasate.
As the municipal government insists, the aforementioned plan is conceived as "a continuous evaluation tool." Therefore, "through this exercise in transparency, we aim to share with the residents the execution status of their management."
The meetings will be attended by the mayor and members of the municipal government, who will also detail various strategic projects of the municipality. Furthermore, at the end of each meeting, citizens will be able to ask questions and resolve doubts with the municipal officials, fostering an open dialogue space.
Two open sessions have been scheduled, both from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The first will take place this Tuesday, May 19, at Etxaluze, in the San Andrés neighborhood, and the second on Thursday, the 21st, at the Musakola retirement home.
Although the meetings will be held in these neighborhoods, they are open to all citizens of Arrasate. The Council has encouraged citizen participation to jointly analyze future projects and impressions on the evolution of municipal policies during the legislature.
