The Aretxabaleta City Council has activated a new tool within the AretxabaletaKLIK application, enabling citizens to quickly and directly report incidents detected in the municipality.

The new functionality is integrated into the AretxabaletaKLIK app, which replaces the previous Aretxabaletapp. Therefore, it will be necessary to uninstall the old app and download the new version, available for both IOS and Android devices.
Once installed, users will need to create an account, validate their email, and log in with their username and password. From the main menu (top-left button), they will find the 'Incidents' section, where they can fill in the alert information, describe the problem, and attach a photograph.
With this new service, the City Council aims to improve direct communication with citizens and provide a more agile and effective response to incidents occurring in the municipality.
