Multiple accidents on the N-1 and AP-8 roads have caused traffic jams of up to three kilometers on Friday morning, near Lasarte, Legorreta, and Usurbil.

A van went off the road on the N-1 near Lasarte, heading towards Irun, causing traffic jams of up to three kilometers. Although the left lane had to be closed initially, it has since been reopened after the vehicle was removed, according to the Department of Security.
This is not the only section of the N-1 where caution is advised. In Legorreta, heading towards Gasteiz, a truck broke down, which is also causing delays.
Finally, on the AP-8 in Usurbil, heading towards Irun, another road departure occurred.
These incidents follow the fatal accident on the AP-8 near Elgoibar two days ago, in which five Navarra regional police officers died. The officers' van, en route to a training course in Iurreta, was hit by a truck traveling in the same direction.
