Eibar missed a golden opportunity to push for a playoff spot this Saturday, suffering a 2-1 defeat in León against Cultural Leonesa. The team, previously in strong form, now finds itself outside the top six positions.

Beñat San José's side, who had only lost once in their last twelve matches, was overcome by the home team, a scenario reminiscent of their first-round encounter at Ipurua. The Basque club only showed signs of life in the final stages, leaving the Reino de León with their promotion aspirations significantly hampered, though not entirely extinguished.
