The premises on Gisastu Street in Eibar were cleared early this Thursday. Officers from the Ertzaintza entered the building in compliance with a resolution issued by the Eibar court.
The judicial order follows a prolonged period of complaints from local residents regarding noise and disturbances associated with the activities held in the self-managed space. These grievances were central to the legal process that led to the eviction.
The intervention concluded without any altercations or arrests, as no individuals were present inside the property. The building is now under police control and has been returned to the owners for further action.
