The mountains of Eibar will once again become the main sports stage next week with the second edition of the EIBAR100 Trail Erronka, a non-competitive challenge bringing together dozens of participants for 21 hours.

Organized by the mountain section of the Club Deportivo Eibar, this event proposes a total route of 100 kilometers, with an accumulated positive elevation gain of 4,647 meters, divided into six circular stages. The start and finish will be at the headquarters of the Club Deportivo Eibar, in Toribio Etxebarria, with the goal of completing the challenge in just 21 hours, maintaining a constant group pace.
The race will link emblematic peaks such as Kalamua, Urko, Akondia, and Egoarbitza. The philosophy of the event is far from competition, with no classifications or individual timers. The organizers emphasize that the true spirit of the event lies in mutual help and teamwork, with all participants completing each stage together under the guidance of the organization's leaders.
