The Ethnography Museum in Artziniega focused on Basque culture predating Christianity for its celebration of the summer solstice on June 21, the longest day of the year. The event featured explanations about figures from Basque mythology, followed by a kalejira (procession), a dance performance, and a romería.
As night fell, a bonfire was lit to conclude the festivities, maintaining a connection to ancient traditions and the solstice celebration.
