The San Ignacio football club is moving forward with its next sporting project, confirming the continuity of coach Aritz Castro and planning for the upcoming season.

San Ignacio is advancing its next sporting project, confirming the continuity of coach Aritz Castro. The club based in Adurza plans to commence preseason training on July 27th and has already scheduled five friendly matches against Haro, Alavés C, Aurrera, La Calzada, and Amurrio. They also aim to play a couple more games before the season kicks off in September.
Regarding the squad that Aritz Castro will lead again, the Sani currently has thirteen players confirmed. Six of them are returning from last season: Iván Arana, Castillo, Euken, Kevin Calle, Beñat, and Ekaitz Sainz. The club is also close to finalizing three more contract renewals, maintaining a strong core of players.
In terms of new additions, San Ignacio aims to blend youth with some experience. They are giving an opportunity to debutants like Paris, who joins from Club Deportivo Betoño, and have secured the services of Mikel Relloso, arriving from Deportivo Alavés, who is familiar with the league.
The club's sporting directors are currently focused on completing three or four more signings to finalize the squad.
