Triböca reopens this summer in Porto do Cabo, a small village in Valdoviño located very close to Cedeira and Pantín beach.
Behind Triböca is Rubén Fernández, responsible for the gastronomic proposal and the design of the space. The project was born with the idea of offering something different in the area: a short menu, dishes to share, and a place cared for down to the last detail, but without losing simplicity.
“"The food is at the center, but what truly drives us is everything that happens around it."
Triböca is open for dinner during the week and for lunch on weekends in July, with extended hours —more lunches and dinners— in August. Due to its location, it is an option for those looking for where to eat or dine in Cedeira, Valdoviño, or Pantín.
It is also a convenient stop for those spending the day at the local beaches, surfing in Pantín, or exploring the coast between Cedeira and Valdoviño.
The space is outdoors, under a marquee and surrounded by vegetation. The idea is that people can come without rushing, share several dishes, and enjoy the surroundings.
“"We want people to come to eat well, feel comfortable, and enjoy the place without rushing, explains Rubén Fernández."
As there is a limited number of tables under the marquee, booking in advance is recommended, especially on weekends and summer evenings. Nevertheless, a few tables are always kept without reservation for those who arrive without notice.
Opening hours, the menu, and reservations can be checked on the Triböca website or on their social media.
There is free parking near the premises.
