Esemtia's identity is renewed as an all-in-one EdTech sector platform that consolidates its original mission: to facilitate the management of educational centers with an interconnected educational hub that allows teachers, management teams, and families to administer everything they need from a single place.
This launch is accompanied by two new features: the Connect application for families and students and Esemtia Empresa, the tailor-made solution for managing Company Training in Dual Vocational Training. These novelties are added to Esemtia's functionalities that support centers at every stage, from early childhood to vocational training, and which were improved during the brand's 15 years of life.
The renewed image that a platform where everything is connected needed
Esemtia was born in the early years of educational digitalization, when sending an email to a teacher or checking grades online was still a novelty. Since then, the digital life of the centers it supports has evolved considerably, and Esemtia's corporate image had to adapt to the educational community of 2026.
Esemtia's objective as an interconnected platform is not just to digitalize centers, but to reduce administrative burden and free up time for the more human tasks of education. The renewed Esemtia is a digital ecosystem where everything is connected: enrollments, competency evaluations, reports adapted to the corresponding autonomous legislation, billing, etc.
Esemtia's CEO, César García, explains that the change of image is the result of this evolution in Esemtia's mindset. «In the years we have been working with centers of all types, we have noticed that sometimes digitalization went faster than expected and became 'an obligation' or 'another task', rather than an advantage,» he explains.
«We realized that centers need simplicity above all else, and Esemtia's renewal, built hand in hand with our clients, is based on that,» he adds.

Esemtia's educational Hub to take full control

Esemtia's renewed interface is not a sum of tools, but a dashboard where members of the educational community (families, teachers, school management) have visibility over all aspects they are involved in.
As important as Esemtia's four environments is the relationship between them:
  • Administrative environment. Enrollments, electronic billing, digital plan, centralized documentation in one place, etc.
  • Academic environment. Class groups, attendance, LOMLOE competency evaluation with reports adapted to each autonomous community, etc.
  • Learning environment. Class content, lists of objectives for each student, integration with Google Classroom and Moodle.
  •  Communication environment. Communication with families, categorized messaging, notifications, follow-up.
Business intelligence to access data with ease

Educational data analytics or Esemtia's Business Intelligence is one of the modules that best represent Esemtia's operation as an interconnected platform. From here, graphs and reports on grades, competency evaluation, attendance, billing can be created: everything is generated in a few clicks, without exporting independent spreadsheets or requesting reports from tutors and departments.
Connect and Esemtia | Empresa: the novelties that accompany the renewed Esemtia
The environments of the renewed Esemtia platform are based on the functionalities already present in the platform, but the new image also comes with two new products launched in 2026.
The Esemtia Connect application for families now includes card payments on the platform itself, as well as online sales of items that the school makes available to students (uniforms, books, etc.). It also has new specific modules for signing up for extracurricular activities and complementary services such as transport, dining, and morning reception.
For their part, vocational training centers now have the specific esemtia | Empresa application to manage the Company Training of their students. From a centralized interface, the entire relationship with companies is managed: the publication of offers, selection of candidates, signing of agreements and annexes, monitoring of each student, and evaluation of learning outcomes.
A modern and human voice to accompany all educational stages

Daily life is very different with three-year-olds than with Secondary or Vocational Training adolescents. Esemtia's voice also has to adapt to the different solutions it offers:
  • Esemtia Enfant: The warm tone for early childhood schools conveys the empathy that the educational community needs and the importance of relationships with families, which is reflected in the application's digital agenda.
  • Esemtia School: In Primary, Secondary, and multi-stage centers, the serenity of light green accompanies the bonds of the educational community, but also represents agility in administrative tasks such as LOMLOE competency evaluation. Agile processes are necessary to provide better support.
  • Esemtia FP: Administrative performance is a priority with the challenges presented by current vocational training, with the dual vocational training model already generalized throughout Spain and more students enrolled than ever.
  • Esemtia Empresa: Companies collaborating in Dual Vocational Training need efficient processes, but also trust. Esemtia recovers a warm tone to symbolize this highly prioritized relationship at this time.
The Esemtia that does not change

Esemtia is the result of 15 years of supporting educational centers. It is a SaaS (software as a service) in the educational technology (EdTech) sector with technical specialists in areas such as cybersecurity and educational legislation, but exchanges with schools and active listening to clients are what ultimately define software development.

"We have to stop and understand how work is done in centers and what situations need a response there. Only then can one work in an industry as human as EdTech»,"

César García · CEO
