The event will bring together 35 leading companies in the mobility and automotive sector to share their projects, career opportunities, and talent needs in areas such as engineering, quality, production, maintenance, logistics, digitalization, and project management.
The initiative aims to enhance employability and facilitate access to the job market, connecting companies, students, and professionals with opportunities in a strategic and constantly transforming sector.
Participating companies will have an exhibition space to interact with attendees, answer questions, and showcase their activities and professional development opportunities. They will also have the chance to give brief presentations about their identity, key projects, and the professional profiles they seek.
This year's edition will feature over 100 active professional opportunities, along with activities designed to improve attendees' employability and facilitate the connection between talent supply and demand.
AIC will also use the event to present updates on its Expert Master in Automotive program, a leading initiative focused on training professionals for an industry in transformation, developing technical and strategic knowledge in key future areas like electrification, autonomous driving, digitalization, and advanced manufacturing.
